Piclo operates a global marketplace connecting energy buyers and sellers across flexible electricity markets.
Problem
As the platform expanded internationally, thousands of buyer profiles and market opportunities across multiple geographies had no public-facing home. The information existed internally but was not discoverable or navigable at scale - a growing gap as Piclo's commercial reach widened.
Solution
The information architecture was designed from scratch in collaboration with the product team, with page templates built in Webflow. A custom data pipeline using Google Sheets and Whalesync opened content contribution to the wider team without requiring Webflow access or additional licences. An interactive map was integrated in collaboration with the engineering team.
The directory launched with over 1,100 live pages and the pipeline has proven robust enough for the team to maintain and expand independently.
